About me

I coach and support leaders with significant responsibilities and a corresponding sense of responsibility—from experienced senior managers and directors to talented professionals just taking their place. They are focused, ambitious, and dedicated to their work and their surroundings.

They strive for impact, wanting to stay on course amidst the tensions of work, relationships, and the demands they place on themselves. At the same time, they want to better care for what they need to continue to contribute sustainably.

I believe that true change begins with the individual, but is never separate from the system in which they operate. That's why I always work with an eye for both: the personal and the organizational, behavior and context, the present and what's needed for the long term.

In my coaching, I connect thinking and feeling, calm and results, reflection and action. Strategic where necessary, personal where it matters. This allows leaders, even under pressure, to continue doing what matters – with a focus on the long term, clear choices in the moment, with resilience, and connected to themselves and their surroundings.

Each project is developed in close collaboration – no standard formats, but customized solutions. I work with an eye for what's needed now. Sometimes that means slowing down to get to the core, beyond the symptoms. Sometimes it's acceleration, to take action when possible. Always tailored to the unique issue, the context, and the person behind the role.
