Evolved into a plan to organize two retreats in Cape Town…
For quite some time, my thoughts revolved around organizing a retreat for leaders within organizations.
While I was busy setting it up, planning, and working on all my ideas, I went to Paris with a group of female entrepreneurs. Smart, powerful, funny, ambitious women who brought out the best in themselves and each other.
I returned home with heaps of energy and a lot of new inspiration. The same feeling arises when I meet women from my own mentor group or within the Harpers Bazaar Business Club.
I feel privileged to draw upon the energy and business drive that emerges when immediate connections are made – connections based on the recognition of the immense will to bring something beautiful into the world.
I want more of this!
And actually it is quite easy to realize. There’s not much more needed than some time and a place. Although an amazing location and a bit more time than usual makes it all the more attractive.
Thus, the cautious idea emerged to bring together a group of women who are rocking it in their businesses, not just at any place, but at the place where I lost my heart: Cape Town!
How amazing would it be to gather in Cape Town, to reflect on our dreams and ambitions, to turn plans into concrete, tangible actions and habits? To relish in all the beauty that Cape Town and these women have to offer and step into the new year full of energy and inspiration?

So now what?
I am in Cape Town at this moment. I’m organizing, planning, and taking action to make this dream a reality in early February: a retreat for female entrepreneurs who want to make the new year unforgettable through connection, tranquility, ambition, and boundless energy!
Yes, even in 2024, there will be plenty of balls to juggle, that won’t change. But imagine how it would be if you could do this from your boundless drive and with a clear view, sharp focus, from a place of tranquility and complete confidence?
Starting 2024 with a bang. And already knowing that you’ll finish the year with even a bigger bang, even more impact!
