Leadership Salon

"This is exactly what I've been missing. A place where I can land, breathe, and have the conversation with women who are in a similar position to mine," a client told me. That's how the Leadership Salon came about.

A place where you have the conversation you can't have very often. About what your role and position really ask of you, about the boundaries you set and have to keep guarding, about the woman behind the professional. A place where, from a place of calm and ease, you can connect with others through content, through your field, but above all human to human, leader to leader, woman to woman. About the questions you sometimes ask yourself at night, the doubt no one sees, and the victories, big and small, that you share with no one.

The salon is filled with women with courage and a story, who have already moved mountains and dare to show themselves. No agenda to work through, no action list, no rigid program. Just a good conversation, recognition without having to explain anything, and the luxury of slowing down for a moment.

I carefully compose every group, so the conversation immediately finds the right depth and there's room for you to truly show up.

The groups

Currently, I organize the Leadership Salon for three target groups: directors and board members of non-profit organizations, female founders who lead their businesses and teams, and female entrepreneurs who run their businesses almost entirely on their own. Do you recognize yourself in one of these groups? Make your choice below and find more information about the next Leadership Salon.
